If you’re considering a self-build (or are already in the middle of one) a single, well-timed conversation can save a huge amount of stress, time, and money.
I offer one-to-one online consultations for people at any stage of their self-build journey. These sessions are a chance to step back, sense-check decisions, and gain clarity on what comes next.
Each consultation is a 45-minute online meeting via Google Meet and costs €100 (tax inclusive).
Before our call, I’ll review any drawings, documents, photographs, or videos you’d like to share, so we can use your time as effectively as possible.
The focus is practical and straightforward: understanding the process, avoiding common mistakes, and helping you move forward with confidence.
